WELL, DIDN'T WE LET THAT ONE (OR TEN) SLIP THROUGH OUR FINGERS

Special guest Nick PERCY who celebrated his 350th game for the Club today brought his BFF Jon TEEAR along to the game and promptly sat out the first half, but then, so did 10 others. Which was a great sight on the sideline compared to the single reserve the Bollocks managed to procure. Somehow, it may have entered our minds that we had it all over them because of our numbers and availability of fresh legs.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha went fate and knocked that thinking on the head. Or maybe it was just the simple fact that only 14 turned up to training and no one knew what the fuck they were supposed to be doing. Only Zeus knows the real deal n that score.

Talking about scoring, a few boys looked like they were in like Flynn, such as Kev, Lachie, Richard and others, but the concept of passing the ball and catching it without dropping it hadn't quite been studied enough at school, so no triesies for anyone. Except Lachie who was just at the end of a rather forward moving forward rolly run thing.

Ex Bollocks Frankie and Bruce came on in the second half and were welcomed by the opposition as expected, but all in all, apart from one high tackle incident, the match was played in good humour from both sides.

So, the moral of the story is: 'There's five games to go and five training sessions left. Fucking turn up to all ten.'

Beer is your friend, but not at the Clubrooms it seems.
